Bu yaz\u0131mda i\u015fsizlik sigortas\u0131n\u0131n kapsam\u0131n\u0131 ve ba\u015fvuru \u015fartlar\u0131 ile ilgili olarak k\u0131sa ve faydal\u0131 bilgiler aktaraca\u011f\u0131m.<\/span>TU\u0130K\u2019in 2014 y\u0131l\u0131 Aral\u0131k ay\u0131na ili\u015fkin a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc istatistiklerinde i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131 son 4 y\u0131l\u0131n en y\u00fcksek rakam\u0131na ula\u015farak 10,9 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u0130\u015fsizlik sigortas\u0131 kapsam\u0131<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">5510 say\u0131l\u0131 Sosyal Sigortalar ve G.S.S Kanununun 4. mad. birinci f\u0131kras\u0131n\u0131n (a) bendi ile ikinci f\u0131kras\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda olanlardan bir hizmet akdine dayal\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan sigortal\u0131lar,<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">506 say\u0131l\u0131 Sosyal Sigortalar Kanununun ge\u00e7ici 20. mad. a\u00e7\u0131klanan sand\u0131klara tabi sigortal\u0131lar,<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u0130stekleri halinde; 4857 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanuna g\u00f6re k\u0131smi s\u00fcreli i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan sigortal\u0131lar,<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ticari taksi, dolmu\u015f ve benzeri nitelikteki \u015fehir i\u00e7i toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma arac\u0131 i\u015fyerleri ile K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Turizm Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nca belirlenecek alanlarda k\u0131smi s\u00fcreli i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesiyle bir veya birden fazla ki\u015fi taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 ki\u015fi yan\u0131nda ay i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131 10 g\u00fcnden az olan ki\u015filer, i\u015fsizlik sigortas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda yer almaktad\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u0130\u015fsizlik sigortas\u0131na ba\u015fvuru \u015fartlar\u0131 nelerdir?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n kendi istek ve kusuru d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda i\u015fsiz kalmas\u0131 halinde\u00a0 (i\u015fveren taraf\u0131ndan kusuru d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir nedenle i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131), i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihten \u00f6nceki son 120 g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde eksik g\u00fcn\u00fc bulunmamas\u0131 (Hastal\u0131k, \u00fccretsiz izin, disiplin cezas\u0131, g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nma, h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckle sonu\u00e7lanmayan tutukluluk hali ve k\u0131smi istihdam, grev, lokavt, ekonomik kriz ve do\u011fal afet gibi durumlar nedeniyle i\u015fsizlik sigortas\u0131 \u00f6denmemesi halinde bu sureler kesinti kapsam\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirilmemektedir.) ve son 3 y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde en az 600 g\u00fcn i\u015fsizlik sigortas\u0131 primi \u00f6denmi\u015f olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Ba\u015fvuru i\u015flemleri nas\u0131l yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u0130\u015ften \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f tarihi itibari ile sonraki 30 g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde en yak\u0131n \u0130\u015eKUR birimine \u015fahsen ya da elektronik ortamda www.iskur.gov.tr adresinden ba\u015fvurmak, gerekmektedir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">M\u00fccbir sebepler (\u00f6l\u00fcm,\u00a0hastal\u0131k,\u00a0tutukluluk\u00a0ve buna benzer haller) d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda 30 g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131lamamas\u0131 halinde, gecikme ya\u015fan\u0131lan s\u00fcre toplam hak edi\u015f s\u00fcresinde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fclmektedir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Ne kadar s\u00fcre maa\u015f alabilirim?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u0130\u015ften \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f tarihi itibariyle geriye d\u00f6n\u00fck son 120 g\u00fcn prim \u00f6deyerek s\u00fcrekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f olanlardan, son i\u015fsizlik sigortas\u0131 primi \u00f6demi\u015f olan sigortal\u0131 i\u015fsizlere 180 g\u00fcn,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">b) 900 g\u00fcn sigortal\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131p i\u015fsizlik sigortas\u0131 primi \u00f6demi\u015f olan sigortal\u0131 i\u015fsizlere 240 g\u00fcn,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">c) 1080 g\u00fcn sigortal\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131p i\u015fsizlik sigortas\u0131 primi \u00f6demi\u015f olan sigortal\u0131 i\u015fsizlere 300 g\u00fcn,<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">S\u00fcre ile i\u015fsizlik maa\u015f\u0131 \u00f6denmektedir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u0130\u015fsizlik maa\u015f\u0131 al\u0131nan s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde \u0130\u015eKUR taraf\u0131ndan GSS primi \u00f6denerek sa\u011fl\u0131k yard\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n kesintisiz olarak devam etmektedir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Ne kadar \u0130\u015fsizlik maa\u015f\u0131 al\u0131r\u0131m?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">i\u015fsizlik \u00f6dene\u011fi tutar\u0131 hesab\u0131nda, sigortal\u0131n\u0131n son d\u00f6rt ay\u0131nda \u00f6denen prime esas kazan\u00e7 tutarlar\u0131 dikkate al\u0131narak g\u00fcnl\u00fck ortalama br\u00fct kazanc\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde k\u0131rk\u0131 olarak hesaplanmakta ancak i\u015fsizlik \u00f6dene\u011fine konu Sigortal\u0131, i\u015fsizlik \u00f6dene\u011finden yararlanma s\u00fcresini doldurmadan tekrar i\u015fe girer ve i\u015fsizlik sigortas\u0131 \u00f6dene\u011finden yararlanmak i\u00e7in bu Kanunun \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u015fartlar\u0131 yerine getiremeden yeniden i\u015fsiz kal\u0131rsa, daha \u00f6nce hak etti\u011fi i\u015fsizlik \u00f6dene\u011fi s\u00fcresini dolduruncaya kadar bu haktan yararlanmaya devam eder.
