Hastal\u0131k halinde i\u015f g\u00f6remezli\u011fin \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc g\u00fcn\u00fcnden ba\u015flamak \u00fczere ve di\u011fer hallerde de istirahat s\u00fcresince her g\u00fcn i\u00e7in ge\u00e7ici i\u015f g\u00f6remezlik \u00f6dene\u011fi verilmektedir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ge\u00e7ici i\u015f g\u00f6remezlik \u00f6dene\u011fi \u00f6denebilmesi i\u00e7in:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">a- \u0130stirahat\u0131n ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihte sigortal\u0131l\u0131k niteli\u011finin sona ermemesi, (sigortal\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor veya i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015fsa 10 g\u00fcnl\u00fck s\u00fcrenin ge\u00e7memesi)\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">b- \u0130\u015f g\u00f6remezli\u011fin ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihten \u00f6nceki 1 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde en az 90 g\u00fcn k\u0131sa vadeli sigorta primi bildirilmi\u015f olmas\u0131,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">c- Kurumca yetkilendirilen hekim veya sa\u011fl\u0131k kurullar\u0131ndan istirahat raporu al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131,\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">gerekmektedir. Ancak \u0130\u015f Kazas\u0131 ve Meslek Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;nda 90 g\u00fcnl\u00fck sigortal\u0131l\u0131k \u015fart\u0131 aranmaz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Yani \u0130\u015f Kazas\u0131 ve Meslek Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;nda bir g\u00fcn dahi prim \u00f6denmi\u015f olsa t\u00fcm sosyal g\u00fcvenlik haklar\u0131ndan bilfiil faydalan\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Do\u011fum nedeniyle ge\u00e7ici i\u015f g\u00f6remezlik \u00f6dene\u011fi \u00f6denebilmesi i\u00e7in:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">a- \u0130stirahat\u0131n ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihte sigortal\u0131l\u0131k niteli\u011finin sona ermemesi,\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">b- Do\u011fumdan \u00f6nceki 1 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde en az 90 g\u00fcn k\u0131sa vadeli sigorta primi bildirilmi\u015f olmas\u0131,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">c- Bu s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde i\u015fyerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00e7- Do\u011fum olay\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015f olmas\u0131,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">gerekmektedir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Do\u011fum istirahati 1\/10\/2013 tarihinden itibaren SGK ile s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi olmayan \u00f6zel hastanelerden de al\u0131nabilmektedir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Torba kanunla \u201cSigortal\u0131 kad\u0131n\u0131n, erken do\u011fum yapmas\u0131 halinde do\u011fumdan \u00f6nce kullanamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lamayacak s\u00fcreler ile iste\u011fi ve hekimin onay\u0131yla do\u011fuma \u00fc\u00e7 hafta kal\u0131ncaya kadar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 halinde,\u201d \u015feklinde de\u011fi\u015fiklik yap\u0131larak do\u011fum \u00f6ncesi 8 (7&#215;8=56 g\u00fcn) veya \u00e7o\u011ful gebelik halinde 10 (7&#215;10=70 g\u00fcn) haftal\u0131k istirahata ayr\u0131lan veya 3 hafta kal\u0131ncaya kadar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilece\u011fine dair rapor alan ancak daha \u00f6nce erken do\u011fum yapan kad\u0131n sigortal\u0131ya do\u011fum yapaca\u011f\u0131 tarihten \u00f6nce (erken do\u011fum nedeniyle) kullanamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcnler do\u011fum sonuna ilave edilerek ge\u00e7ici i\u015f g\u00f6remezlik \u00f6dene\u011fi \u00f6denecektir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sigortal\u0131lara hesaplanacak g\u00fcnl\u00fck kazanc\u0131n\u0131n yatarak tedavilerde yar\u0131s\u0131, ayaktan tedavilerde ise 2\/3\u2019\u00fc \u00fczerinden hesap edilerek ge\u00e7ici i\u015f g\u00f6remezlik \u00f6dene\u011fi verilecektir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ge\u00e7ici i\u015f g\u00f6remezlik \u00f6denek hesab\u0131na esas tutulan devrede prim ve ikramiye gibi \u00f6demelerin bulunmas\u0131 halinde, prim, ikramiye ve bu nitelikteki ar\u0131zi \u00f6demeler dikkate al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f ise, \u00f6denek ve gelire esas al\u0131nacak g\u00fcnl\u00fck kazan\u00e7 \u00fccret toplam\u0131n\u0131n \u00fccret al\u0131nan g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131na b\u00f6l\u00fcnmesiyle hesaplanacak g\u00fcnl\u00fck kazanca y\u00fczde 50 oran\u0131nda bir ekleme yap\u0131larak bulunan tutardan \u00e7ok olamayacakt\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Burada sosyal g\u00fcvenlik sistemimizdeki b\u00fcy\u00fck bir haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtmekte fayda var. Sigortal\u0131ya yap\u0131lan prim, ikramiye vb. \u00f6demelerin sadece y\u00fczde 50\u2019lik tutar\u0131n\u0131n ge\u00e7ici i\u015f g\u00f6remezlik \u00f6dene\u011fi kapsam\u0131nda dikkate al\u0131nmas\u0131 sigortal\u0131lar\u0131 ma\u011fdur etmektedir.
