Bu \u015fartlar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klayal\u0131m.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00d6denekten kimler yararlan\u0131r?\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A\u015fa\u011f\u0131da belirtilen hallerde i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi sona erdirilen i\u015f\u00e7iler i\u015fsizlik paras\u0131 almaya hak kazan\u0131rlar:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2014\u00a04857 say\u0131l\u0131 \u0130\u015f Kanununun 17. maddesinde belirtilen bildirim \u00f6nellerine uygun olarak i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi i\u015fveren taraf\u0131ndan sona erdirilmi\u015f olanlar.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2014\u00a0Hizmet akdi, s\u00fcresi belli olsun veya olmas\u0131n s\u00fcrenin bitiminden \u00f6nce veya bildirim \u00f6nelini beklemeksizin 4857 say\u0131l\u0131 \u0130\u015f Kanununu 24. maddesinin ahlak ve iyi niyet kurallar\u0131, zorlay\u0131c\u0131 nedenler ve sa\u011fl\u0131k nedenleriyle sigortal\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan feshedilmi\u015f olanlar.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2014\u00a0\u0130\u015f S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi, s\u00fcresi belli olsun veya olmas\u0131n s\u00fcrenin bitiminden \u00f6nce veya bildirim \u00f6nelini beklemeksizin 4857 say\u0131l\u0131 \u0130\u015f Kanununun 25. maddesinin sa\u011fl\u0131k ve zorlay\u0131c\u0131 nedenlerle i\u015fveren taraf\u0131ndan feshedilmi\u015f olanlar.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2014\u00a0\u0130\u015f S\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin belirli s\u00fcreli olmas\u0131 halinde, bu s\u00fcrenin bitimi nedeniyle i\u015fsiz kalmak.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2014\u00a0\u0130\u015fyerinin el de\u011fi\u015ftirmesi veya ba\u015fkas\u0131na ge\u00e7mesi, kapanmas\u0131 veya kapat\u0131lmas\u0131, i\u015fin veya i\u015fyerinin niteli\u011finin de\u011fi\u015fmesi nedenleriyle i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmak.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Yararlanma s\u00fcresi prim g\u00fcn\u00fcne g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fiyor.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u0130\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin \u00a0sona ermesinden \u00f6nceki son 120 g\u00fcn prim \u00f6deyerek s\u00fcrekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f olanlardan, son \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2014\u00a0600 g\u00fcn sigortal\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131p i\u015fsizlik sigortas\u0131 primi \u00f6demi\u015f olan sigortal\u0131 \u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0i\u015fsizlere 180 g\u00fcn,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2014\u00a0900 g\u00fcn sigortal\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131p i\u015fsizlik sigortas\u0131 primi \u00f6demi\u015f olan sigortal\u0131 i\u015fsizlere 240 g\u00fcn,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2014\u00a01080 g\u00fcn sigortal\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131p i\u015fsizlik sigortas\u0131 primi \u00f6demi\u015f olan sigortal\u0131 i\u015fsizlere 300 g\u00fcn \u00f6deme yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/span><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u0130\u015fsizlik maa\u015f\u0131 nas\u0131l belirleniyor?\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u0130\u015fsizlik maa\u015f\u0131n\u0131n miktar\u0131n\u0131 \u00a0i\u015ften ayr\u0131lmadan \u00f6nce al\u0131nan maa\u015f belirliyor.<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> G\u00fcnl\u00fck i\u015fsizlik \u00f6dene\u011finin miktar\u0131, sigortal\u0131n\u0131n son d\u00f6rt ayl\u0131k prime esas kazan\u00e7lar\u0131 dikkate al\u0131narak hesaplanan g\u00fcnl\u00fck ortalama br\u00fct kazanc\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde k\u0131rk\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r.<\/span> Ancak i\u015fsizlik \u00f6dene\u011fi miktar\u0131, ayl\u0131k asgari \u00fccretin (1.647 TL) br\u00fct tutar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde seksenini (1.317,6 TL\u2019yi) \u00a0ge\u00e7emiyor.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u0130\u015fsizlik maa\u015f\u0131 haczedilemiyor\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u0130\u015fsizlik maa\u015f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6denmesi ve yap\u0131lan kesintiler belirli kurallara ba\u011fl\u0131.
